It can be nice to know a bit about your therapist. I am a mom to an amazing little boy who inspires me everyday. I enjoy reading, traveling and going on adventures with my son. I received my undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State University in Human Services with a focus in High Risk Youth. I went on to obtain my master's degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a certified addictions counselor level 2 (CAC II). I have experience in a variety of settings such as, residential treatment facilities, community mental health, homes and schools. My life and educational experiences have taught me that relationship and connection is integral to a joyful and inspiring life.
